Qualifications

• RN required with appropriate licensure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Must hold ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly update them.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
