UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in La Grange, IL is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for the Advanced Center Joint Care. Two 10-hour day shifts, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with responsibilities including assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the care team.

Requires RN license with BLS; Associate degree required and Bachelor’s preferred. Competitive pay range and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• English fluency in reading, speaking and writing.
• Active RN license; BLS and other certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
