Job summary

The Valley Health System seeks a skilled nurse to provide safe, competent care at Summerlin Hospital, a busy 496-bed facility with a maternity department, NICU and specialized services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in NV. BLS certification. ACLS/PALS or NRP as required by department.
• Pre-employment assessments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team; apply patient-centered care principles.
• Oversees and guides staff under supervision; demonstrates service excellence at all times.
