Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Covington, LA, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in our residential program. You will provide nursing care, assess clients, and implement treatment plans to promote medical stability.

The role involves staff training, on-call rotation, and collaboration with LPNs/CNAs. A valid RN license and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• 1-2 years’ nursing experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site and is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients.
• Designs and implements treatment strategies based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice to promote health and stability.
• Provides training to clients or family members and to staff on health, wellness and medical stability.
• Directs the practice of LPNs and CNAs on the unit and may participate in on-call rotation.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Residential Program in Covington, LA.

• Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site and is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients
• Designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability
• Provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff
• Directs the practice of the LPN and/or CNA's on the unit. May participate in program’s on-call rotation.
  
  

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
• 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
