Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated in-home hospice care for patients in the Joplin, MO area. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes 3 weekdays plus Saturdays and Sundays, enabling true work-life balance.

You will join a larger interdisciplinary team offering 1:1 direct care, hands-on training, and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed, but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing and psychosocial care in home hospice settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for comprehensive patient support.
• Travel locally to cases as assigned and ensure patient comfort and safety.

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the Joplin, MO and surrounding area. This is a Full Time position.

What you'll do:

As a hospice LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing, psychosocial care, music therapy and veterans services to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.

What you should have:

• Active and current LPN license


• One year of clinical experience preferred


• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!


• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
