Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical General Surgery team. In this role you will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, assess needs, and coordinate care across departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality in a hospital setting.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, perform nursing interventions, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN, Diploma or BSN.
• Current Missouri RN license or valid compact licensure.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; hospital experience preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN degree, additional licensure or certifications, specialty experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements required for nursing duties.
