Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, or BSN) and hold a valid RN license in Missouri or compact licensure. Prior hospital experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are preferred. Additional certifications and specialty experience are a plus.

Key duties involve providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining high standards aligned with organizational values.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various nursing movements.
