Overview

Vibra Hospital of SE Michigan - DMC Campus, located in Detroit, MI, is a 28‑bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The facility offers opportunities in a fast‑paced environment where nurses can develop clinical expertise through the new Clinical Career Ladder, eligible for pay increases upon completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert Levels.

Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Duties include providing direct nursing care, delegating and supervising nursing staff in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act, demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving care quality, establishing professional relationships, and developing specialty expertise.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
