Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse who will deliver high-quality patient care across diverse settings. The role emphasizes the nursing process, collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and care from prevention to follow-up.

The position requires an RN license in the practicing state, at least one year of nursing experience, and six months of travel exposure. Candidates must meet residency distance requirements and maintain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and competencies.

• Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation - to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient treatment.
• Providing care across all phases - from preventative measures and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, delivering education, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.
