Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn in Massachusetts is seeking Registered Nurses to lead clinical care and coordinate in-home services. You will develop care plans, perform in-home assessments, administer medications and IV infusions, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

We offer a competitive total compensation package, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have Active RN license and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience; home health preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all clinical aspects and clinical care staff for assigned business
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed
• Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC (NPWT) management
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care
