Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead in-home clinical care and manage care-staff across assigned cases in Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube management, and ensuring compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Three to five years of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all clinical aspects and care-staff for assigned cases.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide advanced wound care and NPWT management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation (base salary + Annual bonus): $105,000 – $120,000/year
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
