Ernest Health, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time daytime or nighttime role at Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute.

You will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery from stroke, spinal injuries, and other conditions. The position requires RN licensure, CPR, and 1 year of acute care experience; BSN is preferred and ACLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required: completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within the assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
