Job summary

Midlands Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Elgin, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day and night shifts in the Columbia/Elgin area. You will provide compassionate inpatient rehabilitation to patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic conditions, with multidisciplinary support.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to achieve optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current State Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within the assigned unit.
• Conduct patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.
