Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role at Bloomington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Bloomington, Indiana.

The RN will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to support patients’ recovery and functional goals. The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license, CPR certification, BSN preferred, and ACLS is a plus; acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse in Indiana.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within the assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, plan care, and evaluate progress to prevent complications and restore function.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to achieve patient goals and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. The role is also responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restore optimal functioning, and help the patient adapt to an altered life style. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
