The Black Women4s Mental Health Institute in Missouri is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities: Evaluates care effectiveness, coordinates patient care with other departments, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Requires graduation from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), a current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs.
Skills: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
