The Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking an OR Nurse to provide patient care in an orthopedic surgical setting, following the nursing process and ensuring patient safety.

This role requires an active RN license in the state or compact, BLS certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, supporting collaborative care delivery and confidentiality compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the applicable state or compact license.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
