Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

In this role, you will evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care across departments, and maintain professional accountability in a collaborative healthcare environment on a surgical unit with orthopedic/trama and neurosurgery focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care on a surgical unit specializing in orthopedic traumas and neurosurgery.
• Develop critical thinking and clinical skills through diverse patient interactions.
