Role:

Provide direct nursing care, evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments, revise care plans based on patient condition changes, and offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards while supporting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications:

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation), and preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
