Job summary

Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, part of HumanGood, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Prior ADON or RN management experience is highly desirable.

This Full-Time AM position offers an hourly wage between $45.00 and $55.00, DOE. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing evaluations, care planning, and supervising resident care to ensure safety and high-quality service for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you apply.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current/prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute senior care preferred.
• Current/prior ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.

Description

Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2024" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Current or prior ADON or RN management experience is highly desirable.

** Full-time AM Positions with Benefits ** 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM **

$45.00-$55.00/hr. (DOE)

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which you are applying
• Current CPR certification
• Current/prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute senior care preferred
• Current/prior ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable
