Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide personalized patient care across diverse clinical settings in North Dakota. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate care with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and manage care through preventive, diagnostic, and follow-up phases.

The role requires solid clinical nursing skills, a valid RN license, and the ability to travel at least 60 miles from the work location.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location and obtain necessary competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases - preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
