Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate patient care across diverse communities in North Dakota. This role supports assessment, planning, and coordination of care, with opportunities for travel assignments and contract extensions.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, at least one year of nursing experience, and the ability to work within a travel-friendly schedule while meeting certifications and distance requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure in NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location and obtain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Managing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
• Practicing according to the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing codes.
