Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Taylor, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized patient care across diverse clinical settings. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care with collaboration across physicians and health teams.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience including travel nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live within 60 miles of the work location and obtain necessary competencies.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment.
• Perform patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the full scope of practice.
