Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. The role requires an Associate's degree and an active RN license (or ability to obtain one), plus CPR certification.

Shifts available are full-time 12-hour day and night, with a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must be able to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and criminal background check).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Document care, monitor patient status, and implement treatment plans in accordance with facility policies.
