Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Full-time Nights Registered Nurse for the LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility in LaPorte, Indiana. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree, RN license (or ability to obtain), CPR certification, and must be able to obtain a security clearance with drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.

Pay Range $38-$49 per hour, depending on experience + comprehensive benefits!Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a Full-time Nights Registered Nurse to join our team at LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility located in LaPorte, Indiana.The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.• Associate's degree required• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkAvailable Shift:Full-time nights, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekendCenturion is the provider of healthcare services for the Indiana DOC.
