Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rockville Correctional Facility in Rockville, Indiana. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
