Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide med/surgical care to patients at home through the Hospital Care at Home Program. The role is hybrid, based at HCC in Newark, DE, with home visits to patients.

You will join a care team that includes physicians, NPs, PAs, paramedics, and RNs, and coordinate services such as lab work, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, PT/OT, EKG, and in-home AP visits.

Qualifications

• RN License in Delaware or a Compact State BSN preferred or committed to acquiring BSN within 3 years of the hire date.
• A minimum of three years of med/surg experience as an RN is required.
• Critical Care experience is a plus.
• BLS required.
• Active Drivers License.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospital Care at Home Program

FT Day (Work Hours: 40-hour shifts per week), Weekends & Holidays per department guidelines Location: Hybrid – HCC in Newark DE/Visiting patients’ homes ChristianaCare is looking for a FT Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to medical-surgical patients in the comfort of their homes. Our Hospital Care at Home Program enables patients to receive hospital-level care from the comfort of their homes rather than in a hospital. Our team of experts will treat and monitor patient health with the highest level of care.

Hospital Care at Home services include:

• A care team comprises physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, paramedics, and registered nurses.
• Laboratory, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, PT, OT, and EKG services.
• Advanced practice provider in-home visit.
• Virtual specialty provider consults.
• Medication delivery services.

Education & Experience:

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
