Job summary

Mission Hospital McDowell, part of Mission Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PACU to lead and deliver professional nursing care for patients in Marion, North Carolina. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care and teaching for patients and families.

Qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a current NC RN license (eNLC may apply) with license obtained within 30 days of start date, BLS certification, and

Job Summary And Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider
• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
