Job summary

PRECISION HEALTHCARE is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Correctional Center in Franklin, Wisconsin. This 13-week contract position offers a 12-hour night shift and a weekly gross rate up to $1,925 plus benefits.

The RN will provide patient care using the nursing process, administer medications, document encounters, and collaborate with providers and staff while following facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Obtain diagnostic tests and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Count and document controlled substances according to policy.
• Document nursing encounters accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, providers, and other healthcare personnel.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements
