Job summary

Franciscan Health in Munster, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in our clinic setting. You will support providers, coordinate patient care, and serve as a liaison among patients, coworkers, and providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Indiana RN license and current BLS/ACLS as required.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in clinical settings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document in medical records.
• Room patients, take vitals, obtain medical histories, and perform triage.
• Administer vaccines, injections, and medications; draw blood for testing.
• Assist providers during procedures and rounds; coordinate care and referrals.
