Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a qualified RN for PRN per diem clinical care to support patient goals and autonomous practice in a homecare setting.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications per protocol, educate families, and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements include a BSN (preferred), 1 year related experience, valid RN license in Texas (or compact), and BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.


• At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.


• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
