Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a licensed RN to practice independently in a clinical homecare setting, delivering routine and complex patient care with adherence to professional standards. You will assess needs, plan care, and coordinate with care providers to meet long-term goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of related nursing experience, a current BLS certificate, and an active RN license (state or compact). Work hours are 7 AM to 7 PM with a per diem, as-needed schedule.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their practice level.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, or caregivers, identifying issues and resources.
