Boston Medical Center in Boston is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg Float Pool. The Per Diem schedule supports flexible coverage across medical and surgical adult populations, providing exposure to a broad range of clinical skills.
You will deliver nursing care, coordinate with the health care team, document patient information, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements include MA RN licensure, 1+ year experience, BLS, ACLS, and the ability to obtain a BSN
The Med/Surge Float RNs provide 24/7 clinical excellence for med/surge areas. Float pool nurses care for medical and surgical adult populations. Working in the float pool hones your med-surge skills and provides a clinical overview that is unparalleled in any other med/surge area.
$39.80- $93.69
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
