Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg Float Pool in Boston. This position involves working 36 hours per week on nights with every third weekend included. The RN will deliver comprehensive care in medical/surgical settings.
Applicants must hold a valid Massachusetts RN license and have a year of experience along with BLS and ACLS certifications, depending on unit requirements.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Float Pool
Location: Med/Surg Float Pool, Boston Medical Center.
Schedule: 36 hours per week (Nights / Every Third Weekend).
The Med/Surge Float RNs provide 24/7 clinical excellence for medical/surgical and IMCU areas. The team includes about 70 RN staff with diverse clinical expertise. Float pool nurses care for adult and pediatric populations (over 15), IMCU patients, and patients in the Observation unit, and they rise to the challenge of opening and staffing surge units when necessary.
