Mercy is seeking nurses for the Float Pool to gain broad clinical experience across multiple hospital units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, and more. The role offers dynamic learning, varied shifts, and opportunities for growth within Mercy Health System.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within scope of nursing practice while maintaining patients' rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and teams across the hospital.
• Maintain professional accountability and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
• Float to units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics and more.
• Support growth opportunities and engage in ongoing learning and development.
