LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an experienced RN to join our Central Resource Pool as a Float Nurse. You will support patient care across units, providing skilled nursing assessment, planning and intervention while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of documentation.

You will collaborate with the care team to coordinate effective plans, report changes in condition, and deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care.
• Exhibits clinical judgment and adheres to confidentiality policies.
• Reports critical information and changes in patient condition.
