• RN licensure is required.
• ACLS within 60 months of start date.
• BCLS within 90 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 60 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient needs.
• Document accurately and timely per policy.
• Promote safety and infection prevention.
• Adhere to medication dispensing policies and nursing standards.
