Location: CMP 7
Schedule: 36 Hours (Day/Nights / Every Third Weekend/Rotating Holidays)
One of SEMC's Medical-Surgical Units, CMP 7 is a 30-bed unit providing care for intermediate level medical-surgical telemetry patients. The patient population consists of a wide range of general medical and surgical diagnoses and conditions, including general surgery, orthopedics, vascular medicine, neurology, oncology and complex medicine patients. CMP 7 is certified as a primary stroke unit. Prospective candidates for this unit must demonstrate culture competence and professional integrity in the pursuit of optimal patient care and enjoy the variety of clinical experiences that the specialty of Medical Surgical Nursing provides.

CMP 7 is a fast-paced unit with a cohesive skilled nursingstaff, and candidates will work with our educators to ensure a robust orientation and training with a preceptor to ensure that you are prepared to deliver optimal patient care.
