Unit Description:
All the Float Pool staff is assigned to either a med/surg, stepdown, observation, or ICU unit. Must have 2 years of RN experience.
The float pool allows for flexible self-scheduling. The RNs with the specific skill set can be assigned to Critical Care, otherwise any of the GPUs. Float Pool is also great for people who like change and not a repetitive routine of reporting to the same department every shift.
