Job summary

Baystate Health in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool. This role covers Mental Health Unit, Med/Surg/Tele, and OB postpartum, with a 24-hour weekly schedule from 7pm to 7:30am and alternating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN coverage for Baystate Float Pool across departments including Mental Health Unit, Med/Surg/Tele, OB postpartum
• Shift is 24 hours per week, 7pm–7:30am, every other weekend and every other holiday
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality care

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Schedule:

This position is 24 hours a week, 7pm-7:30am, every other weekend, every other holiday.
