Baystate Health is seeking an experienced RN for its Per Diem Float Pool in Western Massachusetts. The role offers placement as either Facility Float RN or System-Wide Float RN with the flexibility to work across designated clinical areas based on experience and grouping.

Per diem compensation includes up to $11 per hour per diem differential and applicable shift differentials. Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts RN license, have 2+ years of nursing experience, and can meet per diem scheduling

Both opportunities offer flexibility and the ability to work across designated clinical areas based on your experience and clinical grouping.**Choose Your Float Pool Opportunity*** **Facility Float RN-** Provide nursing support across designated clinical areas within a specific Baystate Health facility.* **System-Wide Float RN-** Provide nursing support across designated clinical areas at multiple Baystate Health facilities. Weekend shifts may include Sunday night.* Per diem nurses will also be required to work designated holidays based on staffing needs and the requirements of their assignment.* Specific shift lengths, schedules, and clinical assignments vary by position and clinical grouping.**Locations & Clinical Areas**Baystate Health Per Diem Float Pool RNs support designated clinical areas throughout **Western Massachusetts**.
