Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA. This part-time overnight position offers 24 hours per week from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with every other weekend and holiday rotation, across Mental Health, Med/Surg/Tele, and OB units.

The successful candidate will have MA RN license, BLS CPR, and a diploma or degree in nursing; opportunities exist to cross-train into new specialties and to mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license or eligibility to practice in MA.
• BLS CPR certification (obtainable after offer).
• ADN/BSN with acute care experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across Float Pool units (Mental Health, Med/Surg/Tele, OB).
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care across shifts.
