We are currently looking for a Float Pool RN to join our North Central Surgical Center team.
The Float Pool RN is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all nursing care services for the assigned patient population in a manner consistent with accepted standards of care. He/she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards, TJC, and all Federal and State standards of care. This position responds to patients presenting with healthcare needs, providing total comprehensive care to patients emerging from anesthesia or sedation, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for discharge preparation.
