Job Summary

The Float Pool RN delivers professional nursing care to all patients in a critical care setting; performs assessment of patients, follows standard of care utilizing nursing process for care delivery, maintains accountability for professional decisions & actions; assumes charge position as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• 2 years Acute Care RN experience required
• 1+ years of critical care experience preferred
