Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System (Indiana) is seeking a Part-time Float Nurse to join our team in Mishawaka, Indiana. The role involves implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

You will be a patient advocate delivering safe, compassionate care. The ideal candidate has an accredited RN program degree, Indiana RN license ( CPR on hire or within 60 days ), and 3+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN licensure in Indiana; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• 3+ years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process.
• Advocate for patients and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.

About the job:

As a Float nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Requirements:
