Job summary
Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mobile, Alabama is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time day or night shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Alabama.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, including vital signs and changes in status.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
- Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
- Participate in care planning and family meetings.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Help train and support new nursing staff.
