Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
• All RNs without a Bachelor’s Degree will be required to enroll in a BSN program within two years of start date and complete within seven years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed care providers.
• Assist other healthcare personnel in patient care delivery.
• Participate in performance improvement opportunities and staff development.
