Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, assign tasks, train staff, ensure quality.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer meds as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.
