Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
