Responsibilities

• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess and implement patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications and record observations.
• Educate patients on procedures.
• Record medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor equipment and interpret monitors.
• Initiate corrective action for adverse symptoms.
• Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Document care concisely and timely.
