Job summary

NurseDash is launching in Asheville, NC, recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a flexible, on‑demand network. RNs will select shifts at partner facilities, receive competitive hourly pay, and enjoy same‑day pay options via DailyPay or direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience in long-term care, assisted living, or SNF.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with facility protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and update care plans.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff during shifts.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership about resident needs.
• Ensure proper documentation of care and incidents.
• Uphold infection control, safety procedures, and state regulations.
• Participate in care team meetings and shift handoffs.
